Contract Pricing is based on Print Ready, Vector Art, with Customer Supplied Mockups.
ART & MOCKUPS
Mockups should specify print location, print size, any relevant PMS Pantone colors, and specific placement if necessary. Any Necessary art modifications and/or creations are subject to an hourly art charge evaluated and quoted on a case by case basis.
PURCHASE ORDERS & SORTING
All orders will be checked in to the supplied PO and Packing slips. If you require any sorting /separations of items, additional sorting / labor may apply.
PMS PANTONE COLORS
While we do our best to PMS Pantone match as closely as possible, at no additional charge. Please keep in mind, colors can vary from garment to garment, fabric color, content, etc. We cannot guarantee the final PMS color will match exactly after printing and ink curing. PMS colors are matched prior to printing.
IMPRINT LOCATIONS & PLACEMENTS
All garments are manufactured across different production facilities, process, standards, etc. Placement can vary from garment to garment. We allow a small variance during production, but do not guarantee the garments themselves are symmetrical. Standard variation for artwork placement on any garment is 1/4” with a max variation of 1/2” in any direction.
PREPRODUCTION / PREPRESS SAMPLES
Preproduction / Prepress photos are available per the customers request but subject to a 10 minute on press window. After the allotted time if the order is not approved and/or any art changes are made and the job needs to be pulled from the press, the customer will be charged the Preproduction Sample Rate of $150 + All Corresponding Screen Charges, and any additional Art & New Screen Charges.

Quotes are valid for 14 business days and subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice and is not guaranteed until the order has been approved and accepted by Embroico. Once the order has been agreed and accepted by Embroico and/or any of its affiliates, pricing is not subject to change.
CONTRACT SPOILAGE & RETURN POLICY
Most decoration orders are subject to a 2% spoilage rate per production event.
SPOILAGE RATE
While every attempt is made to produce perfect orders every time, screen printing is an industrial process and hence is prone to some level of error. In accordance with industry standards, Embroico is not responsible for loss of product within this 2% deviation per production event. Damage is always rounded to the nearest whole number. Percentages are based on quantity of imprints, not quantity of garments. We strongly recommend that you order extra garments in each size, style and/or color in the event of misprints. Exact Quantities are not guaranteed and are not available on Rush Orders.
MANUFACTURER SPOILAGE
Spoilage rate is based on production events only. Manufacturers defects on customer supplied goods should be addressed with the manufacturer. Manufacturer defects that are noticed prior to printing will not be printed. It is entirely possible due the the method that garments are loaded on decoration equipment that manufacturer defects will not be noticed before printing, or at all.
Q/C & RETURNS
Embroico, Inc. does not accept returned goods without prior approval. Because quality printing and embroidery is considered to be subjective, it will be necessary that any returns be inspected prior to any financial decisions are made. Returns or Discounts may be offered after evaluating the quality of our embellishments. Embroico, Inc. has sole authority and discretion about quality in these matters. Reimbursements or replacements may be issued up to the amount of the original invoice for the same order.
IF GOODS ARE REPLACED AT THE EXPENSE OF EMBROICO, INC., THE ORIGINAL DEFECTIVE UNITS MUST BE RETURNED TO EMBROICO. RETURNING OF GOODS TO EMBROICO, INC. IS DONE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
Governing Law Provision: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Venue Selection: Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms of service or the use of the services shall be litigated exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA.
Personal Jurisdiction: The user agrees to personal jurisdiction by the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA and waives any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
